- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I felt like just a number to them. Every time I called I got some snappy girl who cut me off mid sentence and was very dismissive. I went there about seven times for an on going problem we were having, and every time they suggested the same treatment. No one once thought, "this isn't working, let's try something else". They just took my money, gave me the same pills that didn't work the first time, and sent me on my way. I will say the vets are very friendly and answer any and all questions, but the girls at the front desk are rude and snappy. I will say that, only rather rare occasions the service can be a bit slow, but this is simply due to the number of individuals in the community who seek service at Animals R Us.
